Could not submit accounts to CH today

Had selected Companies house only and not both.

When it came to submit the dialogue box asked for HMRC logon - logon to HMRC is a 12 digit number, Web filling logon to CH is an email address.

Used the 12 digit number which I have successfully used,

Got 'Submission failed HMRC did not accept your credentials'

In future how can this be overcome as had to login to web filing and do it directly which defeated the purpose of using Tinytax.

Looking at your submission, it appears “CT600 only” was selected instead of “Accounts only” — that’s why the system asked for HMRC credentials rather than your Companies House authentication code.

For next time, if the wrong filing option is showing, just drop us a line and we can help sort it out before you need to file elsewhere.

Thank you Tim - not sure but yes it should have been accounts only.
Plonker could be a good description for 'someone'. No names of course!
