CT600 filing – payment taken but system still asks for payment

Hi,

I have purchased the Portfolio (£50/year) plan and the payment has gone through successfully.

I have already prepared a draft CT600 return, but when I click “Submit” to file it, your system sends me back to the payment page as if I haven’t paid.

Because of this error I’m currently unable to file my CT600. My filing deadline is very close, so I’d be grateful if you could fix this issue urgently or enable the filing on my account.
