CT600 Submission Disappeared

Successfuly created Accounts and CT600. Edited a couple of figures via Edit Submission. Now the Tax Computations tab has apparently disappeared and only displays 'Full Accounts' and 'Filleted Accounts' tabs.
My Dashbboard still indicates that I have requested 'CT600 & Accounts'.
How can I restore the CT600 return?
