If you didn't file the initial return through TinyTax then you need to do the following. Sign up and then search for your company from tinytax.co.uk. Submit the form and it will fail with an error that you have already filed a return. Then from your Dashboard https://tinytax.co.uk/dashboard/ you will be able to click on a red "Error" button and then you will find the option to file an amended return.
