Issue with prior period dates when filing for a first time

I am trying to file first accounts for period 18th of Feb 2024 to December 2024 , however the system keeps coming up with error messages in relation to the prior period dates . However there should not be any prior period dates.

Thanks for getting in touch about BE LAB LTD.

I've identified and fixed the issue. Your company had changed its accounting reference date (an AA01 filing), and our system was incorrectly counting that as an accounts filing - which made it think you needed prior year figures when you don't.

If you refresh the page now, you should be able to file for your first period (18 Feb 2024 to 31 Dec 2024) without any prior period date errors. The system will recognise this as a first-year filing.
