TinyTax seems to be able to handle trading companies OR property companies, but our company has both rental and consultancy (trading) income - is it possible to file this using TinyTax

Not currently - I've marked this as an idea so please check back in the future as we are likely to do this but I can't promise that it will be done in the short term i.e. in time for your filing.
