Submission to HMRC

for some reason my correct ID and password wom't be accepted for submission to HMRC . why is this ?

Most common reasons
- The User ID or password is incorrect
- The Company UTR doesn't match HMRC's records
- The account isn't enrolled for Corporation Tax Online (see below)

How to fix this
- Click Return to Submission below and retry with the correct credentials
- Verify the UTR is the company's Corporation Tax UTR (not a personal UTR)
- If never filed online before, enrol for Corporation Tax Online:

How to enrol for Corporation Tax Online
- Sign in at gov.uk/hmrc
- Go to Manage account → Add a tax, duty or scheme
- Select Corporation Tax and enter your 10-digit UTR
- HMRC will send an activation code by post (enter it to complete)
