Submition failed but already submited

we received an HMRC letter claiming we did not submit our accounts for period of 01.10.2023 til 30.09.2024.

additionally we were fine £100.00.
here on tiny account i went ahead to submit our accounts again but it fails saying it's already filed.

also when i go to my HMRC company account, it's telling me to 'resume' the submission.

obviously something has gone awry.

on both HMRC and tinytax, i have tried dozen of times if not more to submit the accounts.

can you please look into this and fix.

thank you
edith

Thank you for contacting us about your filing issue.

I've investigated your account and found the problem: your CT600 Corporation Tax return has not yet been submitted to HMRC through TinyTax. The HMRC letter requesting the CT600 is correct — the tax return for the period ending 30/09/2024 has not been filed with them.

I can see that accounts have been filed at Companies House (which is why you're getting the “already filed” message there), but the CT600 tax return to HMRC is still outstanding.

What happened is that you filled in the form and reached the preview page, but didn’t complete the final HMRC submission step. The good news is that all your financial data is saved in TinyTax and ready to submit.

Here’s how to complete your CT600 submission to HMRC:

- Log in to TinyTax at https://tinytax.co.uk
- Go to your Dashboard – you should see your company listed
- Click “File CT600” for the period ending 30/09/2024
- On the preview page, click “Submit to HMRC” for your CT600 Corporation Tax return

Important: Wait for the confirmation message that your CT600 submission was accepted by HMRC before closing the page

If you encounter any errors during submission, please let me know the exact error message and I’ll help troubleshoot.
