Summary page no longer visible

Having created my entries for the current financial year, a summary screen with options for editing and/or submitting the details were presented, but these have now disappeared and there seems no way of accessing this from the dashboard, making the service unusable at present

If you log in to https://www.tinytax.co.uk/dashboard/ you should be able to click "File" and pick up from where you left off.
