User menu button, might be better to be initials from name.

Currently the user menu icon uses the first letter of the email address. Would be better to be initial from full name (For those of us who's login email address isn't our names :-) )

Honestly though, that's a minor thing I'm only mentioning as feedback to give me an opportunity to thank you (most sincerely) for creating exactly what I needed namely the ability to file my micro company accounts and return without having to buy into a costly accounts package that I really don't need.
